My submission – Liked & Lost
In this chilling short film, “Liked and Lost,” we follow Teresa, a single mother who dreams of becoming a successful social media cooking influencer. But as her online presence grows, so does the pressure. The validation she craves turns into a nightmare as hateful comments begin to consume her. What starts as harmless fun quickly spirals into a dark, terrifying descent as the cruel voices of the internet follow her beyond the screen, dragging her into a twisted digital void. Trapped in a world between reality and social media, Teresa must confront the darkest side of online fame… or risk being lost forever.
Will she find her way back? Or will the voices keep her trapped in the noise?
